Athletics Fees
Athletic packets Include: Current Physical (unless on file), Code of Conduct, Emergency Card, and Activity Fee. All fees and forms must be complete to be submitted to the office.
Students must have a current physical on file to participate in sports. NO EXCEPTIONS can be made for physicals. These must be completed before the first day of practice in order to participate in the season’s sports. Physicals must be no older than one year to be considered current.
Students are charged a $75.00 activity fee for each sport that they play.
Caps for sports fees are $200.00 per child per year or $400.00 per family (household) per year.
