Reminder!
In August our School Board approved a calendar change for this school year. The change moved the half day in November to the 24th of September. Therefore this Wednesday, the 3rd of November, is a full regular day of school!
For up-to-date calendar please visit our district website at: https://www.vailschooldistrict.org/page/2021-2022-student-calendars
We're in the home stretch for filing Federal Impact Aid. 88.5% of our families have responded so far and we just need that final 11.5%
Please fill out the BRIGHT PINK form and send it in by this Wednesday, or better yet, fill it out online at https://ps.vail.k12.az.us/public using your parent PowerSchool account information!
Give your stove a break on Wednesday the 3rd of November. Come grab some grub at Arby's and support your Jaguars!
Thank you again to those who have either filled out the survey online or have sent in the bright pink paper copy! We're getting down to the deadline of Wednesday the 3rd of November, but it isn't too late! You can still fill the Federal Impact Aid survey out online at https://ps.vail.k12.az.us/public
Thank you for all you do!
To those of you who have already submitted an online Federal Impact Aid survey through PowerSchool, Thank You!
If you haven't had the time to complete the online survey, paper copies of the Federal Impact Aid surveys are coming home with your students Tuesday and Wednesday. The form is BRIGHT PINK and we are asking that every parent fill it out. These forms may look like they don't apply to you, but that can't be further from the truth.
We absolutely need your help getting these filled out and turned in!
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call Stacy Dillard at (520) 879-3502 and she'll be happy to give you some guidance.
If you haven't had the opportunity yet, please take a bit of time this weekend to fill out your online federal impact aid information!
